Baita Services may need to collect first party or third party data in order to fulfill user requests. As a general rule, unless otherwise stated in this document, Baita does not share, analyze, or process third party data without explicit user instructions to do so.
In the CRM app, Baita offers the ability to generate draft new emails as well as generate responses to inbox messages. To facilitate this work, Baita may need access to a gmail inbox to link with to pull new messages and send drafts. Baita only interacts with the user's linked gmail accounts at the discretion of that user.
Users may import the latest messages from their gmail inbox to Baita on a designated CRM page. These messages are not shared with any other users on the Baita platform, including other users that share the same CRM application.
When a user generates a response message for an imported email thread, that imported email message is run through an LLM model provided by OpenAI to create a response and follow up list. Other than this action, email messages are not shared with other 3rd parties. Users may request an alternatice LLM model provider, or provide their own models, given that the model provider has a compatible or similar API.
When creating draft response messages or new outbound email threads, Baita sends the draft messages to the user's linked gmail inbox. Outbound messages may be saved and viewable by other users who share the same CRM organization account. Generated followup action items may also be viewable to other users in the same CRM account.
Baita may run a local machine learning model for parsing followup actions to improve accuracy in executing followup items. No Baita machine learning model is applied to imported email messages or generated email.
Users have the ability to delete all imported gmail messages.
